Before we discuss the different variables of mobile marketing, it's important to understand what is and how it plays out in business and online.  Theres more to mobile marketing than just posting an ad here or there and waiting for a response. It consist on different channels of distribution to promote a product or service. It's inevitable that you run into it granted you use social networks on your mobile device. The truth of the matter is we store so much data on our phones and that much of it is shared on social networking platforms. It is inescapable for these network giants like Facebook to not utilize them for tailored advertisements.  Don't expect this to slow down as mobile data traffic is projected to increase by 700% going into 2021 from the past 5 years globally.  Interestingly enough if you read my last blog, half of this traffic is driven by video content.  Is there such thing as too much? I'm not sure but time will tell.

Thomas Reichstein and Ines Brusch describe in their 2019 study that the key is to ensure it arouses the interest of the individual, conveying emotions to achieve share-ability and widespread distribution.   There isn't a particular formula. But understanding how to use communication channels to tap into audiences emotions is a powerful thing. As humans we know that one thing that can strongly influence how behavior and decisions is our emotions, either for the better or worse. The question becomes what the most effective way is to monetize your content on social media. When delving into this question, I specifically focused on Instagram as it is a mass platform featuring almost every niche you can think of. There is also no start-up cost to creating a page on Instagram and building a following. The obvious factor most of us can agree on being the biggest impact is your ‘following’. This is just a core principle in business. The more customers you have the more money you will make. I guess the same applies to your page. You can look at your following the same way you look at customers. Another important factor I observed was the niche your in. Again, just like a real business, your niche and field matters. More money can be made in a niche that features products and serv
